Vacancy for Site and Finance Administrator


We wish to appoint a friendly, dedicated, hard working and resourceful person who will enjoy the many and varied tasks of the office environment in an exciting one form entry primary school. The main responsibilities will be for dealing with contractors, sourcing and ordering resources, liaison with peripatetic music staff and billing parents, dealing with hirings and maintaining attendance registers. A flair for accessing grants and funding sources would be an advantage. The hours are 25 hours per week paid pro-rata on an H4 scale. Preferable working hours are 8.30am - 12.30pm and 1.00pm - 2.00pm. The post is term time only and working pattern could be negotiable for the right person.

The successful candidate will ;

  • enjoy greeting and communicating with people of all ages
  • have proven experience of book keeping and accounting
  • have good ICT skills including if possible working knowledge of SIMS and RM Finance
  • have good communication skills both written and verbal
  • have an understanding of data protection

Vacancy for Relief Midday Assistant

We are looking to appoint a relief Midday Assistant who could covert both at short notice and for planned absences.  The hours are between 11.45 and 1.30pm. Monday to Friday but we would be interested to hear from anyone who might be available to  offer at least three flexible lunchtimes. Please talk to Miss Hamilton in the office if you are interested.
