Sports Premium

At Hertingfordbury Cowper C of E (VA) Primary School, our children enjoy a rich Physical Education (PE) curriculum and have lots of opportunities for active play and sports based extra curricular clubs. This has also been recognised in our achievement of the Platinum School Games Mark Award.

We work closely with our local sports partnership, to provide a range of sports, festivals and tournaments for our children and excellent CPD for our teaching staff.

The government provide schools with PE and sport funding to make additional and sustainable improvements to the quality of PE and sport they offer. See our document below for our Sports Premium allocation.
